This session aims to explore what resilience means for you and help you to identify the techniques that will help you to maintain a healthy balance in your working practice.

In this course, you will focus on being aware of your own resilience and what drains your energies. The course will look at how you can recharge your resilience batteries. You will learn to be more mindful of stress and explore different techniques to make yourself more resilient in challenging times/environments. It will help you explore areas to focus on as we transition out of lockdown.   

The event will be held online, via Zoom. Meeting details will be sent out in advance

Who should attend: This session is relevant to anyone working in the performing arts sector who has experienced stress during lockdown or feels under pressure, learning techniques to build their resilience.

About the trainer: A business coach, trainer, facilitator and mentor Andonella Thomson of Kingscavil Consulting Ltd is experienced in Training and Coaching. Fully accredited and with over 30 years' experience Andonella works with a variety of companies and sectors, including many in the Arts world.
