What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing means many things to different people and is something that is being talked about a lot everywhere just now! Wellbeing is relevant to all areas of our lives, not just at work but at home too.
This interactive workshop is a chance to explore what wellbeing means, some of the research that has been done and includes practical exercises to look at our own wellbeing and how we might address areas that need support/attention.
Strategies and practical tips will be offered as tools to support your wellbeing journey, tackling some of the hurdles we may experience and getting ourselves on track.
