FST December Members Meeting & Festive Networking 2026

You are invited to join the FST team at our in-person December Members Meeting! We'll kick things off with a networking lunch and we’ll conclude the day with a festive reception. 

The agenda for the meeting is to be confirmed and will be shared with all attendees ahead of the event.

Festive Networking Reception  

Following the Members Meeting, we’ll host a festive networking reception from 5pm - 7pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet colleagues both old and new working in the premorfing arts sector as well as new members of the FST team! There is an option to add an additional guest for the festive reception when booking your place so feel free to bring a friend!

Venue Directions & Accessibility   
Grassmarket Centre, 86 Candlemaker Row, Edinburgh EH1 2QA, a 10-minute walk from Waverley Station, or alternatively the number 2 bus can be taken from outside Haymarket Station to the Grassmarket bus stop.

The Grassmarket Centre is a ground floor events and performance space with a community Café. All proceeds from the café and event hires goes to supporting vulnerable and isolated adults. They also run a programme of educational, health, cultural and practical courses as well as showing free films every week and hosting public events, art displays and activities.

Bursaries for Travel & Caring Responsibilities  
If you are an Individual or Organisation Member travelling 50+ miles per way from your company/home location in Scotland, you are eligible for a travel bursary up to £50 (one per organisation). We also offer financial support of up to £50 for Individual Members to assist with caring costs to help them to attend FST meetings and events. Bursaries can be claimed within the by emailing hello@scottishtheatre.org following the event.

FST follows a vegatarian catering policy. We are happy to accommodate other dietary requirements which can be submitted when registering for this event.
