We propose that as a sector we embrace the visions of a ‘wellbeing economy’ - which aims for social justice on a healthy planet - as fundamental in supporting the sector to thrive. This session will give an introduction to the principles of wellbeing economics and explore why this movement is gaining traction in Scotland at the moment - with speakers from the Wellbeing Economy Alliance, Weall Scotland and the Scottish Government.
