The next members’ meeting will take place on Tuesday March 23 starting at 10.45am - and will be split into 3 sessions with ample comfort and lunch breaks in between:
We will start the day with ordinary business and an update from Gary Cameron - Interim Head of Strategy, Creative Scotland. This meeting will also welcome our new CEO Fiona Sturgeon Shea. Following a break, we will continue at midday with a further update and session on sector strategy led by Alice McGrath.
We will finish the day after lunch with an hour of speakers and networking time and are delighted to welcome dancer and choreographer, Farah Saleh; and Jackie Wylie - Artistic Director and CEO, National Theatre of Scotland who will be bringing us their perspectives on the theme of 'Home and Away'. Jackie and Farah will each present their reflections on the value of creating art, on working within limitations and on creative possibilities for the future. These presentations will lead into networking and discussion time for members in smaller groups.
Detailed timings and agenda will be circulated nearer the time but we hope you will join us - whether for the whole day or individual sessions.
This event will be live captioned.
