Post lockdown, many managers will wonder how different managing teams will be, compared to previously. Going from a year of virtual delivery to blended working and subsequently to face to face may require a number of factors to be considered.
This session will explore:
What will best practice be?
How long will it take?
What new things do you need to take into account?
How do you accommodate different needs your team may have whilst still delivering against the company objectives?
Ensuring that there is clarity of communication will be key, so we will look at the best way of doing that so you work as one cohesive team.
The training will be delivered by Andonella Thomson from Kingscavil Consulting.
