FST organises a number of networking events, members’ meetings and training sessions and offer these as a mix of live, online and hybrid events.

FST Members’ Meeting - Tuesday 29 March 2022
FST Members Meetings

Join us for the next Members’ Meeting which will bring us to date with the Sector Strategy Development work led by Alice McGrath. Alice will share a short presentation of her main observations and recommendations, thus concluding this stage in the process. FST will then update you on our anticipated next steps. The meeting will also include presentations from The Audience Agency, and a panel discussion with members about change management. A separate check-in for individual members will take place in the afternoon, including a visit from Rachael Brown, CEO of the Creative Entrepreneurs Club.

'Thank You Very Much' - European Touring post-Brexit and mid-Pandemic

In November - December 2021, the National Theatre of Scotland and Claire Cunningham Projects embarked on a 5-city European tour of Claire Cunningham’s acclaimed dance-theatre piece Thank You Very Much. Join some of the team behind the project to discuss the challenges and opportunities of European touring in the current climate.

Scottish Mental Health First Aid
Training

This online course covers the content of the Level 1 course but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol, incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and covers ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported within a workplace.
