Federation of Scottish Theatre is opening nominations for three new members of our Board, to be elected at our AGM on 23 September.
If you are an individual FST member, or someone who works for or represents an FST Full Member organisation, please find the recruitment pack below. Associate Members aren’t eligible to stand through this process.
If you work for a member organisation, we’d encourage you to think beyond your usual/senior FST contact and share the opportunity across your organisation. You don’t need to be the CEO, Artistic Director or usual FST representative to stand, and we’d particularly welcome people working across different roles, departments and career stages.
FST’s Board plays a vital role in our work. As Trustees and Company Directors, Board members help set FST’s strategic direction, oversee good governance, support and challenge the Chief Executive, and ensure the organisation remains focused on delivering meaningful benefit for members and the wider sector.
We’re looking for people who care about Scotland’s performing arts and want to help shape their future. We’re particularly keen to broaden the range of experiences and perspectives around our Board table, and the recruitment pack highlights some of the backgrounds, experience and skills we’d especially welcome.
