The Events Manager will work closely with the Director of Communications and Customer Services to optimise the experience of audiences both in the theatre and in any other of the venues that we will be using. These may include site-specific and outdoor projects. The Events Manager will also take the operational lead on customer service and accessible performances for the Company, playing a pivotal role in ensuring excellent standard of delivery for audiences and participants attending all Lyceum projects. The Events Manager will also be responsible for the daily management of the Lyceum Theatre Trading company.
This role is ideally suited to someone with excellent team leadership, events and planning skills who has previous experience of managing Events teams in an arts, tourism or entertainment sector. You will enjoy working as part of a team that ensures the programme is delivered in line with ambitions and resources, facilitating artistic processes and generating imaginative solutions to creative challenges.
The role is 35 hours per week (exclusive of meal breaks) from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
