We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the Director of International Bookings. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, providing secretarial support and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Additionally you will be supporting the bookings department by updating the databases, following up emails, taking minutes in meetings, siting in on calls, being responsible for mail outs (Mailchimp) and populating deal memos and contracts.
Key Terms and Conditions
- Salary £25,000 per annum pro rata
- Part time, 12 hours per week over 3 days
- Normal working hours: can be flexible, but would prefer some time in the 11-3 slot.
- Location: a combination of working from home and attendance one day per week in an office in Glasgow City centre.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
