Hearts & Minds is seeking a part-time Office Manager, until March 2023 (may be extended), to manage finance, HR, business operations and administration. The post-holder will work with the CEO.
Hearts & Minds is a Scottish charity that works in collaboration with paediatric healthcare units, hospices, SEN schools and Dementia units to deliver laughter, friendship, and support to those who need it most. We help vulnerable people overcome feelings of powerlessness, anxiety, and isolation through the art of therapeutic clowning with our Clowndoctor and Elderflower Programmes.
It is an exciting time to work with the organisation, as we move forward in the next stage of our development, implement strategic plans, grow our services, and build our relationships with the people we serve and our funders.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in an Office Manager role in a small business and/or charitable organisation. The post-holder must have the drive and commitment to push Hearts & Minds forward and to raise the profile of arts-in health in Scotland.
