The following COVID-19 financial support is currently available through the UK Government:
The UK Government Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (furlough) has been extended until 30 September 2021. From 1 July 2021, the level of grant will be reduced each month and employers will be asked to contribute towards the cost of furloughed employees’ wages.
Self Employment Income Support
The UK Government’s Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) has been extended until September 2021. A fifth and final self-employed grant, worth up to £7,500, and covering 1 May to 30 September, will be open to claims from “late July” with more details announced at the end of June. Working Safely Guidance
The UK Government guidance for people who work in performing arts, including arts organisations, venue operators and participants can be found here. Please note this guidance is not applicable in Scotland, however, it is similar to the Scottish Government guidance and may be useful for reference.
