Those guidelines were developed by a working group formed during one of the FST’s Producers Forums. They are designed for those whose project will involve a degree of co-authorship which cannot be accommodated by the standard FST/SSP contract.
For use by Playwrights, Directors and Producers – to be used in conjunction with the Minimum Terms Agreement between the Federation of Scottish Theatre and Scottish Society of Playwrights. Updated in December 2015.
