Today, Federation of Scottish Theatre (FST) launches State of Play, a national research study profiling the Performing Arts sector in Scotland. Results of the study will give FST and wider cultural policy-makers and planners crucial information on the health of the performing arts that will inform future actions, priorities and critical advocacy.
Following our Additional Members’ Meeting on Thursday 22 April 2021 we created a short survey for all members on your initial thoughts, feelings, and response to the news of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions over the coming months, and their impact upon the sector.
On 16 March 2021 BECTU published the key findings from their most recent sector survey. This survey’s sample was made up of nearly 4,000 workers in the creative industries and has revealed the serious impact of one year of the pandemic on workers in the creative industries.
