Agnieszka Swida
Marketing and Communications Manager
Agnieszka is responsible for FST’s communications strategy, including the monthly FST members’ e-bulletin, managing website copy and social media for FST and for our projects: Made in Scotland and Culture Counts. She also assists other members of FST Team to publicise and promote various events, training sessions and projects we run. Agnieszka is also one of the CRP (Critical Response Process) Facilitators.
Amanda Liddle
General Manager
Amanda is responsible for FST’s membership and event programming including specialist forums and FST’s annual Emporium. Her role also includes operational and personnel management and assisting the Director in finance and fundraising.
Chris Clark
Events & Membership Assistant
Alongside Rhona, Chris acts as the main point of contact for initial enquiries and is involved in FST’s membership service delivery. This includes membership recruitment and renewal, meeting planning, project and event support, administration and communications tasks.
Fiona McCurdy
Professional Development Manager
Fiona is responsible for FST’s professional development activity including the FST Bursary, Eaun Turner Training Fund, The main FST Mentoring Programme, Mini Mentoring Programme and the training and CPD programme.
Fiona Sturgeon Shea
Chief Executive
Fiona is responsible for FST’s overall operations, leading on advocacy and representing the interests of the sector across a range of forums and on the development of new services and programmes to support FST’s overall goals and the needs of the membership.
Harry Mould
Policy and Public Relations Lead
Harry works closely with the team to produce a sustainable and proactive advocacy plan, to research and produce policies and toolkits that support members in their advocacy, inclusion and access goals. She looks at connecting and building communities with underrepresented voices in the arts sector. She also creates briefs and statements for parliament, members and for public release.
Margie Jones
Administrative Assistant
Margie is responsible for FST’s finance and administration systems. This includes invoicing, payments, supplies and maintaining the members’ database.
Rhona Stevens
Events and Membership Assistant
