Emporium exists to get Scotland’s performing arts sector talking – and we want those conversations to keep going long after the doors of The Briggait close.
That’s why we’re partnering with Tourbook to give Emporium 2026 a permanent online home. It’ll bring together every tour-ready and in-development work featured across Early Dialogue Day and Market Day, alongside every artist, producer, venue and programmer in the room – so the contacts and opportunities you make at Emporium can be picked up, followed up and built on, whenever suits you.
Emporium on Tourbook will be live before, during and after the event, working as a shared directory for the touring marketplace and a lasting point of contact for anyone across Scotland who wants to keep the conversation going.
Like Emporium itself, this only works if you’re part of it. The more organisations and individuals across the sector that add their details, the stronger and more valuable the marketplace becomes for everyone – including you. By adding your details, you’re helping create a more connected, visible and valuable sector for all.
It’s free and simple to do. Here’s how…

The link below will take you to the dedicated Emporium 2026 form on Tourbook to start adding your details
You can also find this form link directly on the Emporium 2026 page at
The instructions below will guide you through what you need to add.
Initial Setup
- User Account. If you aren’t already a user of Tourbook you’ll need to create a login. Your Tourbook user account is personal and unique to you.
- Your Organisation. To share information about the work of your organisation you need to connect or create a Tourbook Page.
- If you are already a collaborator on an existing Tourbook Page the form will show these. Please select the relevant page you want to connect to Emporium.
- If you don’t have any existing pages, you’ll need to create one. Choose the type of page you want to add and follow the steps. To get you set up with things quickly, the form will just ask for the basic ‘headline’ information first. You can add more detail later.
- If someone else has already setup a page for your organisation but you aren’t a collaborator on it then you’ll need to request to be added before you can continue. (If you get stuck at this stage and need help please contact Tourbook Support)
- Your Tours (if applicable). If you are an artist or producer and have tours currently listed on Tourbook that you want Emporium attendees to be aware of then you can add them here to be included in the directory. Select your tour to add, or create a new one.
- Content Review. We’ll ask you to review all the information you’ve added and make sure it’s accurate and up to date. Everything included for review will be published on Tourbook as well as being used as copy for the Emporium Directory.
- FST Emporium Directory Contact Details. Please add any contact details for your team you would like to be included in the Emporium Directory. [Include some wording from the full text on Contact Details below].
- Submit. Click the submit button to complete the process. This will send a notification to the FST team as a final check before it’s added to the Emporium page.
You’ll receive notifications via email from Tourbook during the sign up and creation process – and once your page has been added to Emporium.
That’s everything in the basic process – but there are further things you can do to make your Tourbook Pages more useful for anyone looking at them –
Adding More Detail
Once you’ve added this basic information we really encourage you to return to your pages and add more information. Tourbook Pages are designed to help you showcase as much information as you have or is relevant to help others connect with you and your work – as a programmer, venue, artist or producer or service provider. The more you share, the more useful Tourbook can be for everyone using it.
**Programmers & Venues –
Adding More Information to your Page**
To make changes and additions log in to Tourbook, toggle the to ‘Manage’ in the top right hand corner and select the Page you want to update the content for.
Update the details and then select ’Save’ to publish the changes. You can also preview these at any time to see how things are looking.
Images & Logos
Update the Profile Images for your Page.
Select Profile Images and select an image file to upload.
Profile
If you have an organisational logo – this works best as your Profile image. A square format works best – such as those that work for a social media profile.
Cover
This is the wide banner across the top of the page. A venue photo can work well here.
Programming
You can add more details about how you work with artists. There are three separate areas to complete. These sections provide artists with some headline information about your programming policies, programming schedules, financial deals and terms.
- Programming Approach
- Artist Support
- Booking & Terms
Performance Spaces
Help artists understand more about your venue by adding a performance space.
To get started with adding a space, click ‘Add Space’ and give the space a name ‘Auditorium’, ‘Main House’, ‘Studio’, etc.
Once created you can add more detailed information about the size, configuration and technical specification of the space.
For Emporium, it’s really helpful to at minimum have all your performance spaces with their capacities listed.
Get Help
If you need any further support with adding information about your venue or programmer, please feel free to contact the Tourbook Help Desk.
Collaborate with Others
You can also invite other members of your team to contribute to your page and be available as page contacts on Tourbook.
Share Your Content
Make the most of your new Tourbook Page by sharing it in the places where you promote your work. You can use the built in share links on your tour page – or simply copy the page address (URL) as a link. Anyone who clicks on the link can view a basic public page – or log in / create a Tourbook account to view full details and make contact with you.
