Emporium exists to get Scotland’s performing arts sector talking – and we want those conversations to keep going long after the doors of The Briggait close.
That’s why we’re partnering with Tourbook to give Emporium 2026 a permanent online home. It’ll bring together every tour-ready and in-development work featured across Early Dialogue Day and Market Day, alongside every artist, producer, venue and programmer in the room – so the contacts and opportunities you make at Emporium can be picked up, followed up and built on, whenever suits you.
Emporium on Tourbook will be live before, during and after the event, working as a shared directory for the touring marketplace and a lasting point of contact for anyone across Scotland who wants to keep the conversation going.
Like Emporium itself, this only works if you’re part of it. The more organisations and individuals across the sector that add their details, the stronger and more valuable the marketplace becomes for everyone – including you. By adding your details, you’re helping create a more connected, visible and valuable sector for all.
It’s free and simple to do. Here’s how…

The link below will take you to the dedicated Emporium 2026 form on Tourbook to start adding your details
The instructions below will guide you through what you need to add.
Initial Setup
- User Account. If you aren’t already a user of Tourbook you’ll need to create a login. Your Tourbook user account is personal and unique to you.
- Tour Page and related Artist & Producer Page. To showcase your in development work for touring, you’ll need to add some details about your creative work. To get you set up with things quickly, the form will just ask for the basic ‘headline’ information first – the core details of your in development tour and the Artist or Producer that’s behind it. For early stage work please ensure you select ‘In Development’ when asked to choose what type of tour you want to add.
- Content Review. We’ll ask you to review all the information you’ve added and then submit it. This will send a notification to the FST team as a final check before it’s added to the Emporium page.
You’ll receive notifications via email from Tourbook during the sign up and creation process – and once your page has been added to Emporium.
That’s everything in the basic process – but there are further things you can do to make your Tourbook Pages more useful for any programmers and venues looking at them –
Adding More Detail
Once you’ve added this basic information we really encourage you to return to your pages and add more information. Tourbook In Development Tour Pages are designed to help you showcase as much information as you have or is relevant to help programmers connect with your work. If and when your in development work becomes fully tour ready, you can update the page to a ‘Now Booking’ full tour page which will show more fields to add further information.
Collaborate with Others
You can also invite other members of your team to contribute to your page and be available as page contacts on Tourbook.
Share Your Content
Make the most of your new In Development Tour Page by sharing it in the places where you promote your work. You can use the built in share links on your tour page – or simply copy the page address (URL) as a link. Anyone who clicks on the link can view a basic public page – or log in / create a Tourbook account to view full details and make contact with you.
