Members agreed that a change to the rules for the board would promote shared and flexible working practices at the highest level in the sector, in line with our strategic partnership with Parents and Carers in Performing Arts and underline our commitment to collaboration across the sector.

The new co-Chairs commented:

“We’re delighted to be able to take this opportunity to put into practice the shared and flexible working practice we so strongly believe in. We hope this sets a precedent and encourages organisations to take a more holistic view when working across their organisation. Together we bring a varied set of skills and experiences which we look forward to contributing to these roles.”
