Creative Scotland has published their Culture, Tourism, Europe & External Affairs Committee update for February 2021. This document offers information on ongoing funds and initiatives since January 2021.
The Scottish Government announced on 11 February 2021 that a further £17.5 million of emergency coronavirus funding has been allocated to support creative freelancers and the events sector. £9 million of which will be distributed as a top-up to the Creative Freelancers Hardship Fund and Screen Hardship Fund, bringing the total value of support for creative freelancers to £17 million.

The Garfield Weston Foundation has opened its specialist Culture Fund for mid-scale/larger organisations operating within the UK. Organisations must be able to demonstrate a minimum annual income of £500,000 in a pre-COVID year, this cannot include income relating to capital projects.
