FST organises a number of networking events, members’ meetings and training sessions and offer these as a mix of live, online and hybrid events.

Disability Equality Training
Training

Disability Equality Training (DET) is disability-led and looks at disability from a cultural context. As well as practical advice, it gives participants a broader perspective and understanding of disabled peoples’ experiences and the social model of disability. This helps participants to make informed decisions to remove barriers for disabled people.
